Oshman was selected by the Bat Yam Municipality to be a resident artist in Fest'Factory for 2016-2018.

During her residency she created Homeless Lullaby.

Homeless Lullaby is a contemporary tribute to the human heritage of different communities. Lullabies are the deepest, most fundamental memory of every human being and are at the core of parent-child intimacy. They are layered creations of emotion, folk and faith.

Oshman interviewed members of different communities singing their childhood’s favorite lullabies. These Lullabies were used to create the dance soundtrack. Homeless Lullaby explores the emotional and traditional aspects of lullabies through movement. The dance is influenced by the lyrics and music of the lullabies and the stories and traditions they represent to the singer.
